Granola
Bars
This is
my favorite granola bar recipe, because this recipe stays together unlike some
other recipes that just crumble and break into pieces. I usually add three
types of nuts or seeds.
3 1/3 cups rolled oats
½ cup honey
½ cup brown sugar
2/3 cup
whole wheat flour
1 tsp
salt
2 tsp
vanilla extract
2-3 dark
chocolate chips
½ cup melted butter
1 tsp cinnamon
½ cup raw sunflower seeds
½ cup raw pumpkin seeds
½ cup raisins
· Place the mixture into the prepared cookie
sheet and pat down firmly.
Line the edges with foil so it does not burn. Take foil off 10 minutes before there done.

· Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until
lightly brown.

good with: cherry flavored cranberries, ½ cup coconut, almonds, walnuts, etc..
